The European Central Bank (ECB) is planning multiple interest rate cuts this year, even though economic challenges exist globally. This contrasts with the US Federal Reserve, which is postponing looser policies due to high inflation. ECB officials believe euro zone inflation will fall and reach their target by next year. Their decisions are based on incoming data, particularly regarding wages, profits, and productivity. Some investors doubt the ECB's commitment, but policymakers are generally comfortable with the euro's weakness. They emphasize that the euro zone's economy is significantly weaker than the US, necessitating a different approach.

the fed might start to cut rates when ecb blinks.

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  jumped more than 10% post market after earnings plunge but a promise of a cheaper car. this will reach out to the majority masses and turn the tide. the pnf shows a dip below support. however, there is a trend support (yellow line) that it bounces off. 

$iShares Self-Driving EV and Tech ETF(IDRV)$ rebound from its support level but an uptrend confirmation is not shown on its pnf yet.

$US2Y(US2Y.BOND)$ is hovering in the 5% region. the next fomc meeting is on the 2nd of may. it will give a hint whether the fed will follow the other central banks.
