my opinion: 1. Think $54 bn as his pay package is too much to ask, he may need this to pay back for his twitter (no x) purchase, my guess. Can be used for redevelopment for TSLA. 2. Even with the AI boom, companies cited that the ROI is still a long way to go with billions of dollars pouring in. $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ The reality is always harder to swallow: TSLA is not hitting the target revenue and EPS; in fact, it continues to underperform and slide. Looking at NVIDIA and other big guns, they are chalking up losses today except TSLA - way to go! Being optimistic as an investor at times has its 'benefits!' SAP and other big tech/chip companies have back orders to fill but TSLA has just good stories to tell, and along comes 'delayed' promises, at times! That's good enough for some....:)

OUE REIT Q1 NETT PROPERTY INCOME JUMP TO $60.5 million
OUE REIT has reported a 6.9% y-o-y growth in net property income (NPI) to $60.5 million for its 1QFY2023 ended March 31 as the REIT benefited from Singapore’s busy event schedule. For the quarter, revenue increased 9.5% y-o-y to $74.9 million as Hilton Singapore Orchard increased its contribution and the REIT’s commercial properties posted resilient operating performance. The REIT’s hospitality segment revenue for 1QFY2024 was 22.7% higher y-o-y at $26.9 million, while NPI was 15.9% higher y-o-y at $23.8 million. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) rose 23.3% y-o-y to $280. In particular, Hilton Singapore Orchard significantly surged by 32.3% y-o-y to $308 for the quarter on the back of higher occupancy. It's not easy to grab market share there. Currently, Bilibili is still losing money, and turning a profit is challenging. Making substantial profits is even harder, so for now, I'm hesitant to get involved. I hesitated a lot when it was at 84, and I'm still hesitant now.
