Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of instant noodles and beverages. The Company primarily operates through three segments. The Instant Noodles segment includes the manufacture and sales of instant noodle products such as Roasted Beef Noodles, Traditional Pickled Vegetables Beef Noodles, Tomato Egg Beef Noodles, and Snack Noodles. The Beverages segment includes the manufacture and sales of ready-to-drink (RTD) tea, carbonated soft drinks, juices, bottled water, coffee drinks, functional drinks, probiotics drinks and other products. The Others segment includes investment properties leasing and other businesses.
