CIFI Holdings (Group) Co Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in property development, property investment and provision of property management services. The Company mainly operates through three segments. The Sales of Properties and Other Property Related Services segment represents the development and sales of office and commercial premises, carparks and residential properties and project management. The Property Investment segment represents the lease of investment properties and other service related to investment properties, which are developed or purchased by the Company to generate rental income and gain from the appreciation of the properties' values in the long term. The Property Management and Other Services segment mainly represents the property management.
