China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. is a Canada-based gold and base metal mining company. The Company is principally engaged in the operation, acquisition, development and exploration in mining of mineral resources in The People’s Republic of China (The PRC). It operates two mines, the CSH Gold Mine in Inner Mongolia, China and the Jiama Copper-Gold Polymetallic Mine in Tibet, China. The CSH gold mine is located in Inner Mongolia of China, it is expected gold production between 77,162 ounces to 83,592 ounces and approximately 2.4 to 2.6 tonnes in 2025. The Jiama project is a copper-gold polymetallic deposit containing of copper, molybdenum, gold, silver, lead and zinc metals. Jiama Mine expects copper production between 139 to 148 million pounds over 63,000 to 67,000 tonnes and gold production between 69,124 to 73,947 ounces over 2.15 to 2.3 tonnes in 2025.
