We are a leading smart massage service provider in mainland China. According to Frost & Sullivan, for three consecutive years from 2021 to 2023, we ranked [first] among all smart massage service providers in China based on Trade volume. We launched the “Lemo Bar” brand in 2016, which combines innovative intelligent massage technology, data-driven customized services with traditional equipment massage to provide consumers with more relaxed, more convenient, and more professional intelligent massage services in commercial complexes, cinemas, transportation hubs (including airports, High-speed Rail stations, etc.). As of January 15, 2025, we have set up more than 45,000 service outlets for smart massage services and launched more than 500,000 smart massage devices, covering 31 provincial administrative regions and 339 cities in mainland China. Our network of service outlets expanded from 21,727 service outlets on December 31, 2022 to 32,141 service outlets on December 31, 2023, an increase of about 47.9%. In terms of consumer coverage, we have a stable market position. As of January 15, 2025, the cumulative number of identifiable services exceeded 0.15 billion, and the number of registered members exceeded 28 million. We pioneered the “smart massage space” concept, transforming traditional equipment massage into an intelligent massage space. Traditional device-type massage services rely on massage equipment and only provide consumers with a standardized and fragmented rest experience. However, according to Frost & Sullivan's report, the demand for customized health management is growing as health awareness increases and living standards improve. In response to this market demand, we implemented a comprehensive Global Strategy upgrade in early 2024 and launched the smart massage space concept.
