Legend Holdings Corp is a China-based company primarily engaged in the industrial operations and industrial incubations and investments. The Company mainly operates its business through two segments. Through its subsidiaries, the Industrial Operations segment is engaged in providing innovative intelligent devices and infrastructure, and creates intelligent solutions, services and software; research and development, production and sales of material products; modern agriculture and food related business; and offering integrated banking services, including corporate and institutional banking, retail banking, private banking, capital markets and others.
