Horizon Robotics is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) solutions for passenger cars. The Company operates primarily through two segments. The Automotive Solutions segment is principally engaged in the provision of product solutions and license and services.
