The assets of the Trust that are held by the Mint consist primarily of fully allocated unencumbered physical gold bullion that is that meets certain environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) standards and criteria established by the Sponsor (“Sprott ESG Approved Gold”). The Trust will not trade in gold futures, options or swap contracts on any futures exchange or over the counter (“OTC”).
