Earlier i posted on SGX reits, now let me introduce you to $FU YU CORPORATION LTD(F13.SI)$another stock from SGX, today support local. [Happy]
Fu Yu provides vertically integrated services for the manufacture of precision plastic components and the fabrication of precision moulds and dies. Inception in 1978, today the Group has established a strong presence in the region with manufacturing facilities located in Singapore, Malaysia and China. Leveraging on over 40 years of operating history, the Group has built a broad and diversified customer base of blue-chip companies in the printing and imaging, networking and communications, consumer, medical, automotive and power tool sectors.
After long time sleeping (stock price flat) suddenly wake up today (price move up), couldit be a sign of dividend soon [Chuckle] i checked previous record, next dividend around August/Sept, why have not announced ? i am waiting [Eye]
Last year they gave special dividend DY 28.33% usually its dividend around 5-6% per year. Why so low ? Don't compare to Reits ok? We can not put all into one basket, diversity my friend. I classified this co under technology so the PB ratio 1.32 is slightly higher than 1, we have to compare among it's peers.
Since the crisis 2008 lowest stock price $0.04 the price is trending up slowly.
I am keeping this for long term, but I will seehow is the dividend yield after the founders retired early this year. [Smile]
For me, very important the company can went thru crisis, strong business model, profit, sustainable dividend, wish the best for Fu Yu.
