$CapitaLandInvest(9CI.SI)$    I have added quite a bit for CapLand Investment. Started accumulating at 3.01. I think only time will tell if the Investment is fruitful! Pls dyodd. Total revenue for 1Q24 was stable YoY at $650m Fee income related business revenue was up 7% YoY to $274m. Revenue composition continue to shift towards asset-light fee-based model 7.1B undrawn group cash facilities. Operating cash flow of 198m. The group achieved funds under management of S$100 billion. It aims to grow this figure to S$200 billion by 2028 on the back of organic expansion and strategic inorganic initiatives, such as the selective pursuit of bolt-on or transformative mergers and acquisitions. $Mapletree Log Tr(M44U.SI)$    I think the recent poor share price performance is fundamentally driven by market and macro factors and is not solely attributable to MLT. Mapletree Log Tr - This is another counter that I have been added quite a bit due to current depressing markets situation of the higher interest rate environment. I believe price has become super undervalued! Pls dyodd.  Mapletree Log Tr - Wah, she is on a continuous selling down pressure! At 1.34, yield is a whopping 6.74 percent looks like a crisis price! $CapLand Ascott T(HMN.SI)$    1st quarter gross profit for the first quarter ended March rose 15 per cent year on year, due to contributions from new properties and a stronger operating performance. Gearing stood at 37.7 per cent, which its managers estimated to translate to about S$2 billion in debt headroom. Its average interest rate stood at 3 per cent per year with an interest cover of 3.7 times and a weighted average debt to maturity of 3.9 years. Occupancy rate is about 95%. Estimating yearly dpu of 5.5 cents. At 90 cents, yield is about 6%. I think is quite a good yield level! DPU is down 1.8 percent to 6.022 cents, results is not bad! XD 3rd May for balance dividend on 1.772 cents due advance payment of 4.25 cents for PP. Pay date 30th May. Occupancy rate 99.9%. $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$    — 1Q24 NPI up 6% YoY to $297m, with committed occupancy of 97% — gearing at 40% with 76% debt on fixed rates — well spread tenant base. No single tenant contributes more than 5.2% of total gross rental income. At 1.86, yield is about 5.8% . I think is quite a good level. NAV is about 2.10. Pls dyodd. $Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$    At 1.66, yield is merely 5.28% ( 2.192 x 4). I think total DPU has decreased quite substantially from 9.38 cents and 10.45 cents the previous year. I would stay sideline till further improvement in DPU. Gross revenue was up 18.4 per cent to S$83.4 million for the quarter, from S$70.4 million in Q1 FY2023. DPU of S$0.02192 was down 13.7% as compared with S$0.02541 in the year-ago period. Net property income grew 11.2 per cent on the year to S$71 million for the quarter, from S$63.9 million. Mainly due to 13.3m recovered from DXC Technology Services settlement received.
