width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/>

Investors love a great bargain in the stock market.

The market sometimes provides us with a Great Singapore Sale where we can buy stocks on the cheap.

By doing so, we increase the chances of obtaining a favourable outcome in the long run.

That said, it pays to be wary of value traps.

Some companies are hitting a low because their business may be floundering or they may have temporarily hit a rough patch.

It’s important to tell these two scenarios apart as the former will cause more heartache but the latter represents a great opportunity to accumulate.

Here are four Singapore stocks that recently hit their 52-week lows.

We provide the facts but you need to decide if these stocks may be suitable for your portfolio.

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (SGX: CMOU)

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT, or KORE, invests in commercial assets in key growth markets in the US.

Its portfolio comprises 15 freehold office buildings and business campuses across nine US states with a total asset value of US$1.45 billion as of 30 June 2022.

KORE’s share price has tumbled around 18% year to date and has hit a 52-week low of US$0.66.

The office REIT reported a steady set of earnings for its fiscal 2022’s first half (1H2022).

Gross revenue rose 8.4% year on year to US$74.1 million while net property income (NPI) increased by 5.9% year on year to US$43 million.

Distributio nper unit (DPU), however, fell by 4.4% year on year to US$0.0302, with part of the reason being that the manager’s base fee for the second quarter is being paid entirely in cash rather than in units of KORE.

The REIT maintains a high portfolio committed occupancy of 92%.

Its aggregate leverage stands at 37.2% with an all-in average cost of debt of 2.88%. 77.1% of the KORE’s total borrowings are on fixed rates.

However, if the borrowings are refinanced, the average cost of debt will rise to 3.15%.

Manulife US REIT (SGX: BTOU)

Manulife US REIT, or MUST, owns a portfolio of 12 freehold office properties in the US valued at around US$2.2 billion as of 31 December 2021.

The commercial REIT has seen its unit price tumble 20.9% year to date to a 52-week low of US$0.53.

1H2022 saw gross revenue rise 10.6% year on year to US$100.4 million while NPI inched up 2.8% year on year to US$57.6 million.

DPU dipped by 3.3% year on year to US$0.0261.

MUST reported 90% occupancy for its portfolio but physical occupancy only came in at around 28%.

The commercial REIT’s gearing is on the high side at 42.4% as of 30 June 2022 but more than 85% of its loans are on fixed rates.

Around 96% of MUST’s portfolio has rental escalations incorporated into its tenancy agreements that should see a 2.2% per annum uplift in rental income.

Yangzijiang Financial Holding Ltd (SGX: YF8)

Yangzijiang Financial, or YZJF, is an investment management company that invests in public and private companies, debt investments, and funds.

The group also provides wealth management services to clients and generates fee-based income through fund management activities.

Since it was spun off from parent Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Holdings Ltd (SGX: BS6) back in April, its share price has tumbled 43% to a 52-week low of S$0.35.

YZJF reported a 27.3% year on year fall in total income to S$173.8 million due to a fall in the fair values of financial assets that it holds.

Net profit tumbled by 30.6% year on year to S$136.4 million.

As of 30 June, close to 90% of YZJF’s investments are in China, with the remainder parked in Singapore.

The group’s medium-term target is to reduce its debt investment in China from the current 70% to just 30% while increasing its investment proportion in Singapore to around half of the portfolio.

Top Glove Corporation Berhad (SGX: BVA)

Top Glove is the world’s largest manufacturer of gloves with 49 factories capable of producing 100 billion pieces per annum as of 9 June 2022.

The group exports to more than 195 countries worldwide and employs 22,000 staff.

Top Glove’s share price has weakened by nearly 68% this year, falling from S$0.78 to a 52-week low of S$0.25.

For the first nine months of fiscal 2022 (9M2022) ended 31 May, Top Glove saw its revenue plummet 68.5% year on year to RM 4.5 billion as glove demand normalised with higher global vaccination rates.

Net profit plunged by 96% year on year to RM 288.6 million.

Average selling prices continued to decline but at a slower pace, and the poor results were due to the inability of the group to fully pass on higher costs.

In light of lower demand, Top Glove is deferred and reducing capital expenditure in the near term until the glove oversupply situation eases.

","source":"lsy1602567310727","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n<meta What started out as a joke has enabled some to laugh all the way to the bank.
\n
On the other hand, skeptics about Dogecoin would be just as quick to note that it has given up more than 60% of its earlier gains. Anyone who jumped on the Dogecoin late is probably sitting on some hefty losses.
\n
Regardless of what your take is on Dogecoin, what really matters is where you should put your money now. One place to get some investment ideas is Robinhood's 100 most popular stocks list. Here are two popular Robinhood stocks that could crush Dogecoin going forward.
\n
\n
NVIDIA
\n
While Dogecoin has nosedived in recent months, NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) stock has taken off. One reason why is NVIDIA's upcoming four-for-one stock split. While stock splits don't impact a company's valuation directly, they can attract greater numbers of small investors.
\n
However, there are plenty of even better reasons to like NVIDIA that have nothing to do with its stock split. The most obvious one is the company's gaming business.
\n
Gaming remains NVIDIA's biggest moneymaker, generating $2.8 billion of the company's total revenue of nearly $5.7 billion in the first quarter of 2021. And business is booming. NVIDIA's gaming revenue more than doubled year over year.
\n
It isn't just that gaming is increasing in popularity (although that is the case). NVIDIA benefits from regular hardware upgrade cycles. New games require even more processing power, which drives demand for the more powerful graphics processing units (GPUs).
\n
I especially like that NVIDIA is leveraging its gaming expertise to target new markets. For example, the company recently unveiled Omniverse Enterprise, a platform where design teams can build 3D virtual simulations and collaborate in real-time. In effect, NVIDIA is turning work into play (or vice versa, depending on how you look at it).
\n
NVIDIA CFO Colette Kress said in the company's Q1 conference call, \"As the world becomes more digital, virtual and collaborative, we see a significant revenue opportunity for Omniverse.\" I think that Kress's optimism is well-founded.
\n
Don't overlook NVIDIA's potential in the data center market, though. The company posted data center revenue of more than $2 billion in Q1, up 79% year over year. NVIDIA should enjoy sustained growth as more applications include artificial intelligence (AI).
\n
Assuming NVIDIA's pending acquisition of Arm passes regulatory hurdles, the company should further cement its leadership position in AI. In particular, the Arm deal would boost NVIDIA's presence in the fast-growing Internet of Things market with chips for mobile devices.
\n
Sure, an overall cryptocurrency crash could cause NVIDIA's shares to fall due to the popularity of the company's GPUs with crypto miners. It's happened before. However, the company has taken steps to segment its gaming business from crypto. I think that any pullback would only be temporary. NVIDIA has too many other strong growth drivers.
\n
Moderna
\n
Most companies can't honestly say that they've helped change the world. Moderna (NASDAQ:MRNA) can.
\n
The biotech's COVID-19 vaccine was second only to the vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech to win U.S. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). Moderna reported $1.9 billion in sales for the vaccine in Q1, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
\n
Based on supply agreements in place as of early May, Moderna projected that its COVID-19 vaccine would rake in sales this year of $19.2 billion. However, the company has secured additional deals since then.
\n
In just the past two weeks, Moderna has landed two new huge supply agreements. The U.S. government is buying 200 million additional doses of Moderna's COVID19 vaccine. The European Commission agreed to purchase another 150 million doses.
\n
But does Moderna's market cap of close to $90 billion already price all of this growth in? To some extent, yes. However, shares still are trading at only around 10.5 times expected earnings. That's an attractive valuation, especially for a biotech stock.
\n
The big question for Moderna is how strong the recurring revenue from its COVID-19 vaccine will be. While the sales levels of 2021 and 2022 might not be sustainable over the long run, annual vaccinations could be likely (especially with emerging coronavirus variants). I expect Moderna will be able to count on significant COVID-19 vaccine sales for years to come.
\n
Then there's the pipeline. Moderna plans to advance its cytomegalovirus (CMV) vaccine into late-stage testing this year. It could easily be a megablockbuster if approved. The company has a dozen other programs in clinical testing.
\n
Moderna hopes to use its newfound riches to dramatically boost its pipeline in the near future. What started out as a joke has enabled some to laugh all the way to the bank.\nOn the other hand, skeptics about Dogecoin would be just as quick to note that it has given up more than 60% of its earlier gains. Anyone who jumped on the Dogecoin late is probably sitting on some hefty losses.\nRegardless of what your take is on Dogecoin, what really matters is where you should put your money now. One place to get some investment ideas is Robinhood's 100 most popular stocks list. Here are two popular Robinhood stocks that could crush Dogecoin going forward.\nImage source: Getty Images.\nNVIDIA\nWhile Dogecoin has nosedived in recent months, NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) stock has taken off. One reason why is NVIDIA's upcoming four-for-one stock split. While stock splits don't impact a company's valuation directly, they can attract greater numbers of small investors.\nHowever, there are plenty of even better reasons to like NVIDIA that have nothing to do with its stock split. The most obvious one is the company's gaming business.\nGaming remains NVIDIA's biggest moneymaker, generating $2.8 billion of the company's total revenue of nearly $5.7 billion in the first quarter of 2021. And business is booming. NVIDIA's gaming revenue more than doubled year over year.\nIt isn't just that gaming is increasing in popularity (although that is the case). NVIDIA benefits from regular hardware upgrade cycles. New games require even more processing power, which drives demand for the more powerful graphics processing units (GPUs).\nI especially like that NVIDIA is leveraging its gaming expertise to target new markets. For example, the company recently unveiled Omniverse Enterprise, a platform where design teams can build 3D virtual simulations and collaborate in real-time. In effect, NVIDIA is turning work into play (or vice versa, depending on how you look at it).\nNVIDIA CFO Colette Kress said in the company's Q1 conference call, \"As the world becomes more digital, virtual and collaborative, we see a significant revenue opportunity for Omniverse.\" I think that Kress's optimism is well-founded.\nDon't overlook NVIDIA's potential in the data center market, though. The company posted data center revenue of more than $2 billion in Q1, up 79% year over year. NVIDIA should enjoy sustained growth as more applications include artificial intelligence (AI).\nAssuming NVIDIA's pending acquisition of Arm passes regulatory hurdles, the company should further cement its leadership position in AI. In particular, the Arm deal would boost NVIDIA's presence in the fast-growing Internet of Things market with chips for mobile devices.\nSure, an overall cryptocurrency crash could cause NVIDIA's shares to fall due to the popularity of the company's GPUs with crypto miners. It's happened before. However, the company has taken steps to segment its gaming business from crypto. I think that any pullback would only be temporary. NVIDIA has too many other strong growth drivers.\nModerna\nMost companies can't honestly say that they've helped change the world. Moderna (NASDAQ:MRNA) can.\nThe biotech's COVID-19 vaccine was second only to the vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech to win U.S. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). Moderna reported $1.9 billion in sales for the vaccine in Q1, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.\nBased on supply agreements in place as of early May, Moderna projected that its COVID-19 vaccine would rake in sales this year of $19.2 billion. However, the company has secured additional deals since then.\nIn just the past two weeks, Moderna has landed two new huge supply agreements. The U.S. government is buying 200 million additional doses of Moderna's COVID19 vaccine. The European Commission agreed to purchase another 150 million doses.\nBut does Moderna's market cap of close to $90 billion already price all of this growth in? To some extent, yes. However, shares still are trading at only around 10.5 times expected earnings. That's an attractive valuation, especially for a biotech stock.\nThe big question for Moderna is how strong the recurring revenue from its COVID-19 vaccine will be. While the sales levels of 2021 and 2022 might not be sustainable over the long run, annual vaccinations could be likely (especially with emerging coronavirus variants). I expect Moderna will be able to count on significant COVID-19 vaccine sales for years to come.\nThen there's the pipeline. Moderna plans to advance its cytomegalovirus (CMV) vaccine into late-stage testing this year. It could easily be a megablockbuster if approved. The company has a dozen other programs in clinical testing.\nModerna hopes to use its newfound riches to dramatically boost its pipeline in the near future. CEO Stephane Bancel has stated that he'd like to have up to 50 clinical programs.\nAll of Moderna's current and planned pipeline programs are based on its messenger RNA (mRNA) technology. The company has maintained for a long time that if its mRNA approach worked for one disease, it would work for many diseases. If Moderna is right, the biotech stock should be a massive winner over the long run -- and could very well crush Dogecoin.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":302,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":804155873,"gmtCreate":1627947313592,"gmtModify":1703498219056,"author":{"id":"3572299667195288","authorId":"3572299667195288","name":"Alvinkctan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ac39a5e87d43693bb506461fb259a3ba","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3572299667195288","authorIdStr":"3572299667195288"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Great ","listText":"Great ","text":"Great","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/804155873","repostId":"2156116807","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2156116807","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1627915046,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2156116807?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-08-02 22:37","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Wall Street avoids delta anxiety to push stocks near record highs","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2156116807","media":"Reuters","summary":"BOSTON, Aug 2 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rose in early trading Monday morning on optimism over governme","content":"
BOSTON, Aug 2 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rose in early trading Monday morning on optimism over government infrastructure spending and strong corporate earnings, even as oil prices fell on broader macroeconomic fear and the spread of the delta variant of the coronavirus continued.
\n
U.S. senators on Sunday unveiled a bipartisan plan to invest around $1 trillion in roads, bridges, ports, high-speed internet and other infrastructure, with some predicting the spending bill, the largest in decades, could pass as early as this week.
\n
A rebound in corporate profits and the recent drop in bond yields are also bolstering the case for owning stocks, even as markets stand near records and economic growth is expected to slow.
\n
Those factors helped push the S&P 500 index to a near all-time high on Monday, up 20.77 points, or 0.47%, to 4,416.03.
\n
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 238.94 points, or 0.68%, to 35,174.41, and the Nasdaq Composite added 20.90 points, or 0.14%, to 14,693.58.
\n
The MSCI world equity index , which tracks shares in 49 countries, gained 0.65%.
\n
At the same time, oil prices fell on Monday as worries over China's economy resurfaced after a survey showing growth in factory activity slipped sharply in the world's second-largest oil consumer, with concerns compounded by higher crude output from OPEC producers.
\n
U.S. crude recently fell 0.96% to $73.24 per barrel and Brent was at $74.77, down 0.85% on the day.
\n
Market attention now turns to U.S. manufacturing activity data for July, as well as the Reserve Bank of Australia meeting on Tuesday, the Bank of England meeting on Thursday, and U.S. payrolls data on Friday.
\n
Factories across the world are suffering from supply bottlenecks, which sent prices skyrocketing in July, while a new wave of coronavirus infections in Asia demonstrated the fragile nature of the global recovery.
\n
The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield was at 1.2172%, little changed on the day but having seen a gradual decline since April.
\n
Negatively interpreting lower Treasury yields could be a mistake, according to Morgan Stanley strategist Guneet Dhingra.
\n
\"Investors are fitting a narrative of excessive pessimism to lower yields,\" Dhingra wrote in a note Sunday.
\n
\"Many of these narratives don’t stand up to scrutiny,\" Dhingra said, noting low hospitalizations in the UK from the Delta variant as a model for the United States, \"suggesting overstated downside risks from COVID-19.\"
\n
The dollar fell back towards the one-month lows hit last week when it became clear the Fed was in no hurry to tighten policy.
\n
As of mid-morning Monday, the dollar index was down 0.142%, with the euro up 0.1% at $1.1882.
\n
(Reporting by Lawrence Delevingne and Elizabeth Howcroft; Last year we saw Emergency Use Authorizations for multiple COVID vaccines and treatments across the healthcare space. Pharmaceutical companies are set to make billions of dollars in 2022. Here are three stocks that should thrive.

Pfizer(NYSE:PFE), the $310 billion mega cap, is expected to bring in not $1 billion or $10 billion but over $50 billion in sales for its COVID vaccine and antiviral pill. Scrappy Novavax(NASDAQ:NVAX)is finally introducing its COVID vaccine around the world. How many billions will it receive? And we have a dark horse candidate in Vir Biotechnology(NASDAQ:VIR). It has a drug that could easily be a $1 billion blockbuster for the tiny biotech.

A safe harbor in stormy weather

George Budwell(Pfizer):Pfizer is the undisputed champion of COVID-19 pharmaceutical products. In 2022 alone, Wall Street expects the pharma giant to rake in $55 billion in sales between its novel coronavirus vaccine, Comirnaty, and its oral antiviral pill, Paxlovid.

What's more, analysts are starting to warm up to the idea that Paxlovid might be a sustainable revenue generator for the company over the course of the current decade. When the drug was first allowed on the market by the Food and Drug Administration under the Emergency Use Authorization pathway last month, Wall Street thought Paxlovid would likely peak from a commercial standpoint within a year or so, and then experience a dramatic drop in sales as the pandemic faded from view.

But less than three weeks out from the drug's initial approval, it is becoming painfully obvious that Paxlovid will probably be required as a fail-safe against the worst outcomes from COVID-19 for several more years. The highly infectious omicron variant, after all, will certainly not be the last major iteration of the virus.

What this all means is that Pfizer ought to be one of the few large-cap drugmakers with a sizable, long-term COVID-19 revenue source. Pfizer, in turn, should have ample free cash flows to feed its generous shareholder reward program, as well as its ambitious business development plans, for the foreseeable future.

So, if you're looking for a stock that can weather the dual headwinds of sky-high inflation and rising interest rates, Pfizer might be worth checking out.

Revenue forecasts for Novavax: $2 billion to $8 billion

Taylor Carmichael(Novavax):Novavax is on the verge of greatness this year. The company's stock price is down to $125 a share. That's where it started in 2021, so last year was pretty much a washout for the stock.

Back in February the share price zoomed over $300 when Novavax reported positive phase 3 data for its COVID vaccine. But then the small biotech ran into manufacturing issues. While its vaccine is said by many to be the best in class, scaling up the contract manufacturing for an estimated 2 billion doses of vaccine is easier said than done. And those realities have caused the stock to drop about 60% off its highs.

Nonetheless, Novavax has already hit the $1 billion revenue mark, so its vaccine was a blockbuster even before it was approved, because of all the preorders. Now that authorizations are pouring in from around the globe, it's highly likely that Novavax will ship a massive number of vaccine doses in 2022. The company's already achieved a manufacturing capacity of 100 million doses a month, or 1.2 billion doses in a year. On the third-quarter earnings call, management predicted it would reach a manufacturing capacity of 150 million doses every month (or 1.8 billion doses a year) by the end of the fourth quarter. And the company expects to continue to scale and forecasts that it will distribute 2 billion doses in 2022.

Two billion doses of vaccine, at a price point of $16 (Operation Warp Speed paid $1.6 billion to pre-order 100 million doses) gives us a back-of-the-envelope calculation of $32 billion in revenue. Of course, Novavax will be distributing a lot of vaccines to the developing world at a reduced rate. While the company has been quiet about its prices, Denmark said back in August that it paid almost $21 a dose under the European Union (EU) agreement. The EU has ordered 200 million doses, so that's over $4 billion in sales, just in Europe.

Analysts are being extremely conservative, with a forecast ranging from $2 billion to $8 billion for Novavax in 2022. (The company's market cap sits at $9 billion.) While there may be hiccups along the way, Novavax is sure to make billions of dollars off its COVID-19 vaccine in 2022. And there could be significant upside to the stock if the company does indeed deliver 2 billion doses as it says it will.

The antibody market all to itself

Patrick Bafuma(Vir Biotechnology):The omicron variant is currently running rampant, and this time, we are short a few treatments. Previously favored monoclonal antibody treatments from Eli Lilly (bamlanivimab plus etesevimab) as well as the REGEN-COV cocktail from RocheandRegeneron are believed to have marked diminished activity against the current variant. This leaves a single infusiont hought to be active against omicron--GlaxoSmithKline and Vir Biotechnology's sotrovimab. This monoclonal antibody previously demonstrated a reduced risk of hospitalization and death by 79% in adults with mild to moderate COVID-19 and at high risk of progression to severe disease. And it's the only one left right now to fight the omicron variant.

Being the sole monoclonal antibody on the block will have its privileges. Through the first nine months of 2021, REGEN-COV brought in $3.5 billion in net product sales, while Eli Lilly's antibody combination brought in $1.17 billion. The U.S. government has already contracted for approximately $1 billion worth of sotrovimab. With hospitals overflowing with patients, anything that can help alleviate some of the stress on the system is likely going to be highly sought after.

And while Pfizer's Paxlovid will be hugely beneficial to ease the COVID-19 burden on the healthcare system, the oral medication has significant and complex drug-drug interaction potential. In fact, its interaction list reads like a who's who of commonly prescribed medications. This includes popular blood thinning agents such as Plavix and Xarelto, common analgesics like Tramadol and oxycodone, anxiolytics like Klonopin and Xanax, as well as cholesterol-fighting statins. With the National Institutes of Health issuing a statement voicing its concern over Paxlovid's possible drug interactions, this leaves plenty of room for sotrovimab to continue to be widely prescribed. With Vir getting 72.5% of sotrovimab sales per its agreement with GSK, the $4.4 billion biotech looks like a bargain right now.

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
3 COVID Stocks That Will Make Billions in 2022
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n3 COVID Stocks That Will Make Billions in 2022\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-01-08 11:29 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
It's a new year and COVID-19 is still with us. What started out as a joke has enabled some to laugh all the way to the bank.
If Moderna is right, the biotech stock should be a massive winner over the long run -- and could very well crush Dogecoin.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":302,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9001642576,"gmtCreate":1641252565118,"gmtModify":1676533587775,"author":{"id":"3572299667195288","authorId":"3572299667195288","name":"Alvinkctan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ac39a5e87d43693bb506461fb259a3ba","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3572299667195288","authorIdStr":"3572299667195288"},"themes":[],"htmlText":", 👍","listText":", 👍","text":", 👍","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9001642576","repostId":"1107989447","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1107989447","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1641222864,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1107989447?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-01-03 23:14","market":"us","language":"en","title":"10 Biggest Price Target Changes For Monday","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1107989447","media":"Benzinga","summary":"Wells Fargo cut the price target on Ross Stores, Inc. from $135 to $120.
