For SGX stock I would like to recommend a defensive one, which is $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI)$since it pays dividend handsomely and have quite a well diversived portfolio (retails, offices, and integrated developments) . Also in this time of high inflation REITs are known to be good inflation hedge. Capitaland's portfolio can be categorized as short term leases, which allows the price to be increased following inflation.
