July 2022 was not the first time the market worried about a potential delisting. In fact, BABA's shares have dropped before on the back of a potential delisting threat, such as inMarch 2022. A somewhat curious pattern has emerged where Alibaba drops by significant amounts from time to time when delisting fears are rising, but shares never seem to trade up by double-digits on the news that the company has not been delisted so far.

Delisting: Threat Or Not?

No matter what, the market has once again found an opportunity to sell off this already very inexpensive stock. But is the market panic really justified based on what we know right now? I do not think so. First, the fact that the SEC has now included Alibaba on a list of companies thatmightget delisted at some point does not mean that delisting is a sure bet. More importantly, even if Alibaba were to be delisted, I do not see a reason why this would justify a $30 billion destruction in market value, as the underlying value of the company should essentially be the same, listed or not.

Let's get to the first point first. As mentioned above, this is not the first time delisting rumor have emerged. And yet, they never did result in delisting in the past. This time may be different, but history suggests that some news item that hints at a potential delisting does not automatically lead to a delisting later on -- far from it, in fact. Also, Alibaba has made clear that the company will eagerly fight against a potential delisting. The company stated it wouldstrifeto keep its New York listing. That does not guarantee that the company will be successful, but the fact that management is eager to tackle this issue is good news for investors that are worried about a potential delisting. The SEC's main issue with Alibaba and the other Chinese companies that might get delisted at some point in the future is the fact that US officials can't review the work of the auditors of these companies. This is due to a Chinese law that prohibits said practice. In general, Chinese politicians/regulators could change their policy in order to allow US regulators to check the work of these auditors more easily. But at least for now, China has not done any such move. If the country came to the conclusion that a US delisting would hurt Alibaba in the long run, I do believe that they would make changes to their policies, as a strong and profitable BABA is in China's interest both from an economic as well as "tech power" point of view. The fact that China seemingly is not worried about a US delisting of its top tech companies suggests to me that either or both of the following are true:

1: China believes that the US will not delist Alibaba anyways, even if China does not change its policy of hindering US overwatch for Chinese auditing.

2: China believes that a US delisting is possible, but that said delisting would not hurt Alibaba meaningfully.

I do believe that delisting is far from guaranteed, but it can't be ruled out. Chinese (and US) officials will most likely have more intimate knowledge and will likely be able to ascertain the likelihood of delisting more precisely.

But I do believe that delisting would not be a major threat for Alibaba, even if it happens. After all, BABA being delisted in New York does not mean that investors will lose their stake in the company -- nor will it mean that the company will be less profitable. When a stock gets delisted, which is a process that happens regularly for all kinds of reasons, then these shares are not untradeable. Instead, they are traded over the counter ('OTC'), which means that a dealer network is used instead of a stock exchange. I have invested in stocks that are traded over the counter in the past and do also currently hold some, and the process of buying and selling shares isn't all that different. In fact, it's a pretty similar process, with spreads being slightly larger on average. Especially with larger companies, spreads generally aren't an issue, even when they are traded over the counter. LVMH (OTCPK:LVMUY) is such an OTC-traded international giant, and the fact that it's traded over the counter has not hurt investors -- daily volume is still in the $30 million range, thus liquidity isn't an issue here at all. Roche (OTCQX:RHHBY) and Tencent (OTCPK:TCEHY) belong to that group of OTC-traded large international companies as well, and liquidity isn't a concern for them, either. I do believe that the same would most likely hold true if BABA were to be delisted at some point in the future.

I'm a fundamental investor, so I believe that the underlying value of a company's shares depends on factors such as cash on the balance sheet, profits, cash flow, and how those change over time. Most on this website will agree with me, I believe. These metrics aren't impacted by a potential delisting -- Alibaba will remain just as profitable, its cash flows will be the same, and its equity investments and cash position will not fall either, even if there were to be a delisting. Buybacks and potential dividends (at some point in the future) are also not dependent on a New York listing.

I do thus believe that delisting is far from certain. In fact, all the potential delisting news we got in the past has not resulted in a delisting so far, and the same may hold true for the current round of delisting panic as well. And even if Alibaba were to get delisted, it wouldn't be the end of the world. Instead, the underlying value of the company should essentially remain the same, as profits, cash flow, etc. are not impacted. And investors would still be able to buy and sell stock relatively easily, and thanks to BABA's large size, liquidity shouldn't be an issue -- it's not an issue for other OTC-traded large companies, after all.

Priced For Disaster

Following the most recent price drop, Alibaba is now trading at just 12x this year's expected net profit. Amazon (AMZN), its closest US peer, is trading at980xnet profit right now. Amazon's stronger international brand and its US location do justify a premium, but should it be this large? Or, in other words, should BABA trade at a discount that is this immense? I do not believe that this is necessary.

Alibaba also looks very inexpensive when we look at its enterprise value to EBITDA multiple. That ratio stands at 8.5 right now, which is pretty low in absolute terms. On a relative basis, BABA looks even less expensive, as the 5-year median EBITDA multiple of the stock is 25 -- in other words, BABA trades at roughly one-third of its historically "normal" valuation right now. That does not mean that its shares will rise by 200% in a short period of time in order to get back to the longer-term average valuation. But buying a stock at 34% of the usual valuation naturally results in a solid risk-reward setup. Multiple expansion from the current level seems way more likely to me than further multiple compression.

Takeaway

Delisting news and rumors have always resulted in volatility for BABA. But in the end, I do believe that this is an overblown issue. Alibaba's worth as a company does not depend on a New York listing, and its cash flow and profit do not, either. Investing in OTC-traded stocks works just fine, thus even if BABA were to be delisted (which is far from guaranteed), investors could still buy and sell shares easily.

Alibaba is very inexpensive today, and its growth has not been bad in recent quarters. Growth has come down compared to the longer-term average, but that is partially the result of tough comparables -- Amazon and other e-commerce players outside of China face the same issue, and yet they trade at way higher valuations than Alibaba.

Alibaba isn't a risk-less investment for sure, and trade issues or a potentially escalating China-Taiwan conflict would be macro risks to consider. But the recent sell-off that was caused by news about a potential delisting seems overblown. Markets are in panic mode, but I do not believe that this is justified. Alibaba could be a compelling longer-term investment at the current priced-for-disaster valuation.

","source":"seekingalpha","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Alibaba: Is The Panic Justified?
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nAlibaba: Is The Panic Justified?\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-08-05 10:12 GMT+8 seekingalpha\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
SummaryAlibaba has sold off based on news about a potential delisting. Microsoft’s products include operating systems, business software, software development tools, cloud services and video games and gaming hardware. The $2.5 trillion company has annual revenues of $168 billion. Microsoft is the seventh largest holding in the Gates Foundation’s portfolio.

To reach a market capitalization of Microsoft’s size takes multiple competitive advantages to achieve.

Microsoft’s transition to cloud computing service during the middle of the previous decade has positioned the company as the top name in an expanding industry. Some estimates put the global cloud computing market size at $445 billion for 2021, but the size of the market could more than double by 2026.

The Covid-19 pandemic probably accelerated the move to cloud as business, schools, government, and other institutions and industries moved online over the last two years. Microsoft’s Azure has had extensive growth as customers seek out the company’s offerings. For context, Microsoft’s cloud business generated nearly $21 billion in revenue in its most recent quarter.

The company’s personal computing segment also remains a core business, but has expanded beyond just operating systems to include gaming, search, advertising, news and tablets. Microsoft’s Office 365 business has seen impressive growth rates once the product lineup moved to a software-as-a-service system, including a 23% improvement in revenue last quarter. This recurring revenue stream provides Microsoft with an abundance of cash to deploy for acquisitions, share repurchase or dividends.

Microsoft has one of the best balance sheets in the entire market. The company is one of just two that has a AAA credit rating, the highest credit rating available. Microsoft’s business has been so successful at generating cash that the company had nearly $130 billion of cash and short-term investments on its balance sheet against $50 billion of long-term debt.

Microsoft has used its abundance of free cash flow to provide 20 consecutive years of dividend growth. The dividend yield is just 0.8%, but the expected payout ratio for the current fiscal year is very low at 28%.

With strong growth rates, including an earnings-per-share CAGR of close to 27% over the past five fiscal years, and a leadership position in nearly all of its businesses, it is likely that Microsoft will continue to see excellent results as well as raise its dividend going forward.

Walmart (WMT)

The next among our Bill Gates stocks is Walmart, which is the largest retail chain in the world. The company opened its first discount store in 1945, but today has operations around the world.

Walmart has a market capitalization of more than $400 billion and generates annual revenue of $545 billion. Walmart checks in as the fifth largest position in the portfolio.

Like Microsoft, Walmart benefits from a massive presence in its industry. The company has close to 3,570 supercenters, 800 Neighborhood Markets and 600 Sam’s Clubs in the U.S. alone. Walmart also has a strong international presence as the company has another 6,100 stores spread over 25 different countries around the world.

It is estimated that Walmart sees 230 million customers each week around the world. This provides the company an extremely large customer base, something that very few, if any, other retailers can claim.

The reach of the company is one of the primary reasons that Walmart can keep its prices on everyday items low as merchants want access to the customer base. Another factor in keeping prices low is that Walmart’s distribution network reduces the cost of transporting goods to stores.

Walmart’s low prices are always attractive to consumers, especially under recessionary conditions when budgets become tighter. This helps to shield the company from declines in revenue and earnings-per-share even in the event of an economic downturn. The company’s performance during the Great Recession speaks to this as earnings-per-share grew high single-digits each year during the 2007 to 2009 time period.

The company also prospered during the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic as revenue climbed higher every quarter during calendar year 2020. Higher demand during the height of the pandemic wasn’t a one-off event either. The two-year stack rates for revenue growth are in the high single-digit to low double-digit range for each of the last four quarters. Comparable sales were up nearly 16% on a two-year stack basis in the most recent quarter. Top-line gains have been abundant over the medium-term as year-over-year revenue has shown improvement every quarter for the past five years.

Walmart’s most recent focus has been on building its e-commerce business, something that likely will provide meaningful lift to the business. E-commerce really took off in 2020, as sales through this channel were up 79% as consumers used online shopping to meet their needs during the pandemic. Again, this was far from a one-time event as e-commerce sales were higher by 8% in the third-quarter of fiscal year 2022, showing that this channel remains an important avenue for revenue growth.

Walmart’s successful execution of its business model over the years has enabled the company to grow its dividend for 48 consecutive years, putting the company just two years shy of reaching Dividend King status. The stock offers a market beating dividend yield of 1.6% that looks very safe due to the projected payout ratio of 34% for the year.

With a large footprint worldwide and a growing e-commerce business, Walmart should remain one of the leading retailers in the market place.

Bill Gates Stocks: Waste Management (WM)

Last on our list of Bill Gates stocks is Waste Management, a leading provider of waste management services. The company provides a wide range of services, including collection, transfer, disposal and recycling.

Waste Management produced revenue of $15 billion last year and is valued at $68 billion today. The stock is the second largest position in Gates Foundation’s portfolio.

Waste Management is the largest provider of waste services in North America. The company owns and operates close to 270 landfills, 348 transformation stations and 103 material recovery facilities.

In total, the company’s customer list numbers more than 21 million. There are just a few major names in the industry, giving Waste Management an edge on the competition just due to its size. This also provides the company the ability to increase prices while not risking the loss of its customer base.

Waste Management has also taken steps to augment its business by acquiring smaller companies. For example, the company purchased Advanced Disposal in late October 2020. The transaction enlarged Waste Management’s footprint as Advanced Disposal provides waste management and recycling services to approximately 3 million commercial, industrial, and residential customers in 16 states in the eastern portion of the country.

Acquisitions, combined with volume growth, led to a more than 20% increase in revenue in the most recent quarter. Earnings-per-share also grew significantly, providing further evidence that Waste Management has recovered from the pandemic.

The company has seen an impact from wage inflation in its business, but Waste Management is helping to nullify these pressures with price increases across most of its contracts.

Waste collection has proven to be a good business to be in even in a recession. The company saw relatively stable earnings results during the last recession. Covid-19 was a slight negative impact on results last year. However, Waste Management is expected to see a new high for earnings-per-share for 2021, speaking to the quality and resilient nature of the company’s business.

Waste Management has a solid dividend growth streak of its own, having raised distributions for the last 18 years. The stock’s yield comes in at 1.4%. Waste Management has a projected payout ratio for 2021 of 47%. The company’s leadership position in its industry coupled with strategic acquisitions should provide ongoing tailwinds to Waste Management’s business, likely leading to future dividend growth.

Final Thoughts

Looking at the holdings of well-known investors can provide the average investor with a list of quality companies to choose from.

Microsoft, Walmart, and Waste Management are three of the largest positions in the Gates Foundation’ portfolio. One example is found with a list of Bill Gates stocks. This article will examine three of our favorite names among the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The portfolio holds just 21 common stocks. In this article, we will examine three of our dividend-paying favorites in the portfolio. They are:Microsoft(NYSE:MSFT)Walmart(NYSE:WMT)Waste Management(NYSE:WM)Bill Gates Stocks: Microsoft (MSFT)First up on our list of Bill Gates stocks is the company Gates used to lead, Microsoft, which also happens to be one of the largest companies in the world. The company develops, manufactures, and sells software and hardware to businesses and consumers. Microsoft’s products include operating systems, business software, software development tools, cloud services and video games and gaming hardware. The $2.5 trillion company has annual revenues of $168 billion. Microsoft is the seventh largest holding in the Gates Foundation’s portfolio. To reach a market capitalization of Microsoft’s size takes multiple competitive advantages to achieve.Microsoft’s transition to cloud computing service during the middle of the previous decade has positioned the company as the top name in an expanding industry. Some estimates put the global cloud computing market size at $445 billion for 2021, but the size of the market could more than double by 2026.The Covid-19 pandemic probably accelerated the move to cloud as business, schools, government, and other institutions and industries moved online over the last two years. This recurring revenue stream provides Microsoft with an abundance of cash to deploy for acquisitions, share repurchase or dividends.Microsoft has one of the best balance sheets in the entire market. Less liquidity may be an incremental negative, but that does not warrant a market cap decline of $30 billion.

Since Alibaba already was priced for disaster even before that recent price drop, the current market price looks overly bearish, which provides a buying opportunity for enterprising investors.

What Happened?

Alibaba has seen its shares drop by double-digits on the back of a news item that Seeking Alphasummarizedlike this:

Alibaba shares fell as much as 10% Friday [more as the day progressed] after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission added the Chinese Internet and e-commerce giant to its list of companies facing possible delisting from U.S. stock markets.

The SEC had been working on delistings for some Chinese companies for some time, and some of these companies have already been delisted in the past.

The fact that China seemingly is not worried about a US delisting of its top tech companies suggests to me that either or both of the following are true:1: China believes that the US will not delist Alibaba anyways, even if China does not change its policy of hindering US overwatch for Chinese auditing.2: China believes that a US delisting is possible, but that said delisting would not hurt Alibaba meaningfully.I do believe that delisting is far from guaranteed, but it can't be ruled out. I do believe that the same would most likely hold true if BABA were to be delisted at some point in the future.I'm a fundamental investor, so I believe that the underlying value of a company's shares depends on factors such as cash on the balance sheet, profits, cash flow, and how those change over time. Most on this website will agree with me, I believe. These metrics aren't impacted by a potential delisting -- Alibaba will remain just as profitable, its cash flows will be the same, and its equity investments and cash position will not fall either, even if there were to be a delisting. Buybacks and potential dividends (at some point in the future) are also not dependent on a New York listing.I do thus believe that delisting is far from certain. And investors would still be able to buy and sell stock relatively easily, and thanks to BABA's large size, liquidity shouldn't be an issue -- it's not an issue for other OTC-traded large companies, after all.Priced For DisasterFollowing the most recent price drop, Alibaba is now trading at just 12x this year's expected net profit. Amazon (AMZN), its closest US peer, is trading at980xnet profit right now. Amazon's stronger international brand and its US location do justify a premium, but should it be this large? Or, in other words, should BABA trade at a discount that is this immense? I do not believe that this is necessary.Alibaba also looks very inexpensive when we look at its enterprise value to EBITDA multiple. That ratio stands at 8.5 right now, which is pretty low in absolute terms. On a relative basis, BABA looks even less expensive, as the 5-year median EBITDA multiple of the stock is 25 -- in other words, BABA trades at roughly one-third of its historically \"normal\" valuation right now. That does not mean that its shares will rise by 200% in a short period of time in order to get back to the longer-term average valuation. But buying a stock at 34% of the usual valuation naturally results in a solid risk-reward setup. Multiple expansion from the current level seems way more likely to me than further multiple compression.TakeawayDelisting news and rumors have always resulted in volatility for BABA. But in the end, I do believe that this is an overblown issue. Alibaba's worth as a company does not depend on a New York listing, and its cash flow and profit do not, either. Investing in OTC-traded stocks works just fine, thus even if BABA were to be delisted (which is far from guaranteed), investors could still buy and sell shares easily.Alibaba is very inexpensive today, and its growth has not been bad in recent quarters. Growth has come down compared to the longer-term average, but that is partially the result of tough comparables -- Amazon and other e-commerce players outside of China face the same issue, and yet they trade at way higher valuations than Alibaba.Alibaba isn't a risk-less investment for sure, and trade issues or a potentially escalating China-Taiwan conflict would be macro risks to consider. But the recent sell-off that was caused by news about a potential delisting seems overblown. Markets are in panic mode, but I do not believe that this is justified. Alibaba could be a compelling longer-term investment at the current priced-for-disaster valuation.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":429,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9938406587,"gmtCreate":1662644837549,"gmtModify":1676537108550,"author":{"id":"3580717408402895","authorId":"3580717408402895","name":"LionCity","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d9e13a796fa3d31b735b59edc79e82c5","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3580717408402895","authorIdStr":"3580717408402895"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9938406587","repostId":"1120780689","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":728,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9092345991,"gmtCreate":1644543332833,"gmtModify":1676533939242,"author":{"id":"3580717408402895","authorId":"3580717408402895","name":"LionCity","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d9e13a796fa3d31b735b59edc79e82c5","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3580717408402895","authorIdStr":"3580717408402895"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Good","listText":"Good","text":"Good","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9092345991","repostId":"1133738458","repostType":2,"repost":{"id":"1133738458","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1644471320,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1133738458?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-02-10 13:35","market":"us","language":"en","title":"TSMC revenues for January were approximately NT$172.18 billion,an increase of 35.8 YoY","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1133738458","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"TSMC today announced its net revenues for January 2022: On a consolidated basis, revenues for Januar","content":"

TSMC today announced its net revenues for January 2022: On a consolidated basis, revenues for January 2022 were approximately NT$172.18 billion, an increase of 10.8 percent from December 2021 and an increase of 35.8 percent from January 2021.

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; These are computer programs that self-execute if and when certain conditions are met. Ethereum's founders set out to create a decentralized, global computing platform functionality that opens up the potential for real-world use cases, as I'll discuss later. This structure is completely different than Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC), which is meant to be a peer-to-peer electronic cash system.

One of the biggest knocks on Ethereum and Bitcoin relates to their proof-of-work consensus mechanisms. This validation method requires massive amounts of computing power to solve mathematical puzzles in order to verify transactions. It's extremely energy-intensive and slow.

But Ethereum is gearing up for a major makeover to solve these problems.

Scaling Ethereum

A more environmentally friendly and faster consensus system is on the way. Previously dubbed ETH2, but now simply called the consensus layer, the plan is for Ethereum to transition to a proof-of-stake mechanism, where owners of Ether (ETH), the native token, can stake their holdings in order to earn the right to validate new blocks. Proponents view it as a necessary update to make Ethereum more scalable and sustainable.

Another critical part of the upgrade is the planned introduction of shard chains, set to be completed in 2023. Sharding will improve Ethereum's capacity significantly by adding 64 new side chains to the entire network.

Ethereum can only process something like 15 transactions per second (TPS) today, not even remotely enough to handle surging demand. For comparison's sake, Visa and Mastercard can process tens of thousands of TPS. Because of this limited scalability, whenever network congestion is high, the cost to process transactions, known as gas fees, can skyrocket. The average gas fee right now is $145. If Ethereum ever wants to achieve widespread adoption, this obviously won't cut it.

That's why the implementation of the consensus layer, and a switch to proof-of-stake, will be closely watched this year. It could be a major catalyst for Ethereum's price.

Proving that real-world use cases exist

Scaling Ethereum is extremely vital to its long-term viability, particularly at a time when decentralized applications (dApps), including decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), are gaining in popularity. There are nearly 3,000 dApps, from gaming and social media to security and identity functions, running on Ethereum today.

Some interesting projects built on top of Ethereum are DeFi services like Aave and Compound. These apps let users deposit their cryptocurrency balances and borrow against them, often at more favorable interest rates than what traditional banks can offer. And when it comes to NFTs, OpenSea is by far the largest platform, having just raised $300 million in funding and now valued at $13.3 billion.

Ethereum's programmability can pave the way for a wide range of use cases that can upend numerous industries. And because dApps built on Ethereum's blockchain require ETH to run, the growth of these innovative projects supports demand, and a rising value, for Ethereum over time.

Being able to stomach the volatility

While Ethereum definitely shows promise to bring real utility from the cryptocurrency world to the mainstream, its price will continue to be volatile. Investors should brace for this inevitability. Price drawdowns in excess of 50% can and will happen, so you have to ask yourself if this is right for you.

Although Ethereum has plunged 49% since Nov. 10, it's still up an incredible 23,000% over the past five years. The recent dip can be a perfect entry point for long-term investors.

","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Crypto Crash: 1 Top Cryptocurrency to Buy in a Heartbeat
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nCrypto Crash: 1 Top Cryptocurrency to Buy in a Heartbeat\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-02-02 08:23 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Since the start of the new year, the cryptocurrency market has lost a jaw-dropping 25% (as of Jan. 27) in 27 days. Proving that real-world use cases exist Scaling Ethereum is extremely vital to its long-term viability, particularly at a time when decentralized applications (dApps), including decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), are gaining in popularity. Being able to stomach the volatility While Ethereum definitely shows promise to bring real utility from the cryptocurrency world to the mainstream, its price will continue to be volatile. Investors should brace for this inevitability. Price drawdowns in excess of 50% can and will happen, so you have to ask yourself if this is right for you. Although Ethereum has plunged 49% since Nov. 10, it's still up an incredible 23,000% over the past five years. The recent dip can be a perfect entry point for long-term investors.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1013,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9072549422,"gmtCreate":1658070837166,"gmtModify":1676536100898,"author":{"id":"3580717408402895","authorId":"3580717408402895","name":"LionCity","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d9e13a796fa3d31b735b59edc79e82c5","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3580717408402895","authorIdStr":"3580717408402895"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Pinduoduo Inc.(PDD)$will it go up?","listText":"$Pinduoduo Inc.(PDD)$will it go up?","text":"$Pinduoduo Inc.(PDD)$will it go up?","images":[{"img":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/a63a6c4e42971f736281b1e0f80446bd","width":"1440","height":"4219"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9072549422","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":410,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9078438154,"gmtCreate":1657726509478,"gmtModify":1676536052151,"author":{"id":"3580717408402895","authorId":"3580717408402895","name":"LionCity","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d9e13a796fa3d31b735b59edc79e82c5","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3580717408402895","authorIdStr":"3580717408402895"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[smile]","listText":"[smile]","text":"[smile]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9078438154","repostId":"9078575583","repostType":1,"repost":{"id":9078575583,"gmtCreate":1657722615586,"gmtModify":1676536051450,"author":{"id":"3527667628464496","authorId":"3527667628464496","name":"Tiger_Newspress","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3527667628464496","authorIdStr":"3527667628464496"},"themes":[],"title":"Canoo Crashed Nearly 8% in Morning Trading After Getting Closer to Walmart With Warrant Deal","htmlText":"Canoo crashed nearly 8% in morning trading after getting closer to Walmart with warrant deal.In a SEC filing last night, Canoo (GOEV) disclosed that it also issued Walmart (WMT) a warrant to purchase up to an aggregate of 61,160,011 shares at an exercise price of $2.15 per share.
