When I posted my original piece on $SVB Financial Group(SIVB)$ Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), the main objective was to pose the question whether the saga presented an opportunity to pick up any banking stocks at possible “bargain” prices.

$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$  TSMC just reported its Nov 2022 revenue of NT222.71 billion, which is another record high! This represents a 50.2% y-o-y increase and 5.9% m-o-m increase from Oct 2022. Very impressive! Despite challenges in the slumping consumer electronics and Covid disruptions in China, TSMC revenue momentum seems unstoppable! Currently, Oct-Nov sales are on track to beat prior mid-point guidance given by TSMC management in 3Q22, and these revenue forms around 68% of market consensus for 4Q22, so it's generally in-line with market expectations. 

$SINGAPORE AIRLINES LTD(C6L.SI)$  China opening up its border, there will be an influx of Chinese tourists into SG. SIA will benefit from it. December is a time of school holiday and 2023 Chinese New Year comes early too.

$SINGAPORE AIRLINES LTD(C6L.SI)$  Genting Singapore is the owner and operator of the integrated resort (IR) at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). RWS not only boasts attractions such as a theme park, Universal Studios Singapore (USS), but also has six themed hotels along with a casino and a world-class convention centre. Genting’s share price has touched a 52-week high of S$0.89 and is up 11.5% year to date. The group benefitted from a wave of optimism as countries reopened their borders and air travel resumed. The resulting influx of tourists, along with higher numbers of Singaporeans visiting its attractions, led to a stellar financial performance for the third quarter of 2022 (3Q2022).

$DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$  is down today again due to profit taking. I am tempted to purchase more to DCA but I am concerned that this isnt the bottom. Indeed one has to be patient when dealing with a defensive stock like DBS. I often hear that it's a stock to hold for ages, which I agree as it is less prone to fluctuations. However, due to it's relatively expensive price, one should consider setting aside savings so that one can continue to hold on. In the long run, DBS is poised to benefit ultimately from the interest rate hikes. I remember buying it at its peak early this year in anticipation for a rise in price but I didn't realize that it has already peaked. 

$Walt Disney(DIS)$  is the oldest company of the group and has the most sense of nostalgia to me. i love tokyo disneyland, so much fun when you can skip the queue. i grew up watching disney cartoons from black and white to color to animation to movies. its stock price made a spectacular rebound from its support at 88 region.

$Microsoft(MSFT)$  Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) is likely to soon offer the European Union concessions in order to dismiss objections to its $69B deal to acquire Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ:ATVI), Reuters reports. Activision Blizzard stock (ATVI) bumped up to a new leg Monday following the news, up 1.4%. Sony (NYSE:SONY) has jumped to a 0.3% gain. Notably, the key piece of Microsoft's plan would be a 10-year licensing deal with Sony (SONY) - the key critic of the deal, worried that its market-leading PlayStation console might lose access to Activision's annual best-selling Call of Duty game franchise among others, according to the report. $Microsoft(MSFT)$  Microsoft reported solid fiscal first-quarter 2023 results, including revenue and EPS results ahead of the guidance midpoints. The outlook, however, was worse than our below-consensus model was contemplating. Macro pressures continue to weigh on the company’s performance. Bulls can point to good growth in commercial bookings and commercial remaining performance obligation to find near-term comfort, while bears will no doubt highlight slowing Azure and weaker-than-expected guidance. We continue to find encouragement in Azure, Office E5 migration, and traction with the Power platform for long-term value creation, but we think near-term pressures will not be exhausted within the next quarter. 

$SINGAPORE AIRLINES LTD(C6L.SI)$  BullishTravel is not showing any signs of easing despite recession fears or the increased price tag. The latest results announced by SIA confirms this. Full resumption of travel to Japan is also another excellent news for SIA. Looks like 2022 will remain good for Airlines and other travel related companies. Beyond 2022, it seems good as well with Singapore progressing with building its fifth airport terminal that is almost as big as terminal 1-4 combined. This gives Singapore Airlines the chance to scale up and not restrict their fleet size due to available space of their home base. Would nibble progressively.

$DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$  DBS Group Holdings (SGX:D05) Third Quarter 2022 Results Key Financial Results Revenue: S$4.37b (up 20% from 3Q 2021). Net income: S$2.24b (up 32% from 3Q 2021). Profit margin: 51% (up from 47% in 3Q 2021). The increase in margin was driven by higher revenue. EPS: S$1.15.
