us mkt has been heated up for too long, a technical correction is only right. thus it will go down despite the potential rate cut. unless many institutions/investors continue pumping $ in inly will the market continue to rise.
china's rally will continue for sure, they've been hammered even when having good fundamentals. at least 15% higher!
