$Troika Media Group Inc.(TRKA)$ Bryan Genovese there is a long story to that but yea it was and no it wasn't. They diluted there sharesThis was most likely to pay off there 50 mil debt. For traders this was bad but now that money has been paid off they have nothing holding them down and can continue to grow without a loan holding them down. They are a profitable company and dont belong in the penny club. But it will take time of growth and support to bring it up to where it should be but it wont happen over night.
