Baba can get a logistic network, access to Dollar tree customers/locations, and most importantly shield itself from scrutiny being a chinese entity. Dollar tree can leverage Baba logistics for lowering shipping costs, compete with Temu/Shein, walmarts and targets, and grow their ecommerce side of their business. A win win.
