Zhixin Group Holding Ltd is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sale of ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete components. The Company mainly operates its businesses through three segments. The Ready-mixed Concrete segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of ready-mixed concrete. The Precast Concrete Components segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of precast concrete components. The Tailings Recycling and Bricks segment is engaged in the sales of iron ore and other products produced from iron ore tailings recycling, as well as the manufacturing and sales of eco-friendly bricks. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
