iShares FTSE A50 China Index ETF is a synthetic exchange traded fund (ETF). It is a sub-fund of the iShares Asia Trust. Its primary objective is to provide investment results that closely correspond to the performance of the FTSE China A50 Index before fees and expenses. The FTSE China A50 Index covers the top 50 A-Share companies by market capitalization in Shanghai and Shenzhen markets. The Fund invests in A-Shares and derivative instruments. It holds all the constituents comprising the FTSE China A50 Index. The Fund is managed by BlackRock Asset Management North Asia Limited.
