OSL Group Limited announced the elevation of Chief Financial Officer Wong Kwun Man to the board as Executive Director, with the appointment taking effect on 12 August 2026. The decision follows a recommendation by the nomination committee and a review of Wong’s academic record, professional experience, and contributions since joining the company.
Wong, 42, became Chief Investment Officer in September 2024 and assumed the role of CFO in November 2024. His 18-year career spans capital markets, strategic investment, and management consulting, including senior posts at Morgan Stanley, Ant Group, and Boston Consulting Group. He holds a master’s in financial engineering from Columbia University and a bachelor’s in quantitative finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Under the newly signed service agreement, Wong’s directorship has no fixed term and may be terminated with three months’ written notice by either party. While the position of Executive Director is non-remunerated, Wong will continue to receive an annual salary of HK$2.80 million in his capacity as CFO.
As of the announcement date, Wong holds 470,000 award shares in OSL Group, granted under the company’s share award scheme adopted on 8 May 2025 and subject to vesting conditions. He has no other directorships in listed companies over the past three years, no additional roles within OSL Group or its subsidiaries, and no relationships with substantial or controlling shareholders.
Following the appointment, OSL Group’s board comprises five executive directors—Cui Song, Tiu Ka Chun Gary, Wong Kwun Man, Xu Kang, and Yang Chao—one non-executive director, Lee Kam Hung Lawrence, and three independent non-executive directors: Chau Shing Yim David, Ko Kit Man Liza, and Zhao Yichen William.
