On 21 November 2025, China Overseas Grand Oceans Finance IV (Cayman) Limited (the Issuer, Stock Code: 40592) completed the early redemption in full of US$512,000,000 2.45 percent guaranteed notes due 2026. The notes were unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the Guarantor, Stock Code: 81), in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions appended to the trust deed dated 9 February 2021.

All outstanding notes have been fully redeemed, leaving none in circulation as of the date of the announcement. The Issuer has applied to the Stock Exchange for the withdrawal of the notes’ listing, which is expected to take effect upon the close of business on 2 December 2025.
