Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited reported that it repurchased a total of 150,000 ordinary shares on 20 and 21 July 2026, at average prices of HK$45.29375 and HK$47.921 respectively. The aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HK$6.93 million.
Following the buy-backs, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 455.55 million shares at the end of July, from 455.70 million a month earlier. The 150,000 repurchased shares are being held in treasury.
No share options, warrants, convertibles or other share issuance arrangements were outstanding or exercised during the month. The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.
