CaoCao INC. executed an on-market share buyback on 29 September 2026, acquiring 170,000 ordinary shares for HKD 1.996 million.

The shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 11.59 and HKD 11.83 apiece, implying a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HKD 11.74 per share. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock; none were cancelled.

Capital structure impact: • Issued shares (excluding treasury) fell to 579.20 million from 579.37 million, a reduction of 0.03%. • Treasury shares increased to 7.23 million. • Total issued shares remain essentially unchanged at 586.43 million.

Utilisation of repurchase mandate: • The board mandate dated 8 June 2026 authorises buybacks of up to 58.30 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 6.56 million shares, representing 1.13% of the share base on the mandate date. • Under Hong Kong listing rules, CaoCao is restricted from issuing, selling, or transferring treasury shares until 29 October 2026.
