EB ENVIRONMENT Announces Executive Resignations and Appointments

EB ENVIRONMENT (HKEX: 00257) has announced a series of changes to its senior management and board committee roles, effective July 17, 2026.

Mr. Luan Zusheng has resigned from his positions as an executive director, president, chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee, and member of the Risk Management Committee, as well as from his role as an authorized representative, due to reaching retirement age.

Concurrently, Mr. Wang Silian, the current executive director and chairman of the board, will assume the duties of president on an interim basis. He has also been appointed as the new chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee and a member of the Risk Management Committee.

Furthermore, Ms. Liang Yanyu will no longer serve as the alternate authorized representative for Mr. Luan Zusheng. Instead, she has been reassigned to the position of authorized representative.
