BlackRock Boosts ENN Energy Stake to 6.10% Through 1.32 Million-Share Purchase

28 April 2026—BlackRock, Inc. disclosed to the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive that it increased its holding in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. on 27 April 2026 while the gas distributor is progressing with a privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

The asset manager bought 1.32 million shares of ENN Energy at USD 62.75 per share and, in a separate trade on the same day, sold 1,240 shares at the same price. After the transactions, BlackRock’s aggregate position rose to 69.07 million shares, representing 6.10 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital.

BlackRock is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers because of its shareholdings. All trades were executed on a U.S. exchange for discretionary investment clients.
