According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. increased its holdings in Agricultural Bank of China (01288) by 77.102 million shares on May 20. The transaction was executed at approximately HK$6.0464 per share, amounting to a total consideration of around HK$466 million. Following this acquisition, Ping An Asset Management's total shareholding in the bank has risen to approximately 8.978 billion shares, representing a 29.2% stake.
