Flydoo Technology issues circular on proposed share consolidation; Extraordinary General Meeting set for 4 May 2026

On 16 April 2026 Flydoo Technology Holding Limited released a bilingual circular detailing a proposed share consolidation and the accompanying notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). The circular and related documents are now accessible on both the company website (www.flydoo.com.hk) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The EGM will be held on 4 May 2026. A Form of Proxy has been provided to enable shareholders who cannot attend in person to vote on the resolution(s) concerning the share consolidation.

Registered shareholders who wish to receive future corporate communications by email—rather than printed notification letters—can submit the enclosed reply form. Completed forms should be returned to Union Registrars Limited via email (8069-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), by post, or by hand delivery to Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

Shareholders may request printed copies of corporate communications at any time, free of charge, through the same registrar. Enquiries can be directed to Union Registrars Limited on +852 2849 3399 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
