The Fourth Member Congress of the Asset Management Association of China was held with great ceremony in Beijing on June 6th. The congress elected members for the Association's Fourth Council and Board of Supervisors, and announced the non-member councilors appointed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The Fourth Council comprises a total of 66 members, including 6 non-member councilors and 60 member councilors, alongside a 13-member Board of Supervisors.
During the congress, the first meeting of the Fourth Council and Board of Supervisors elected the leadership for the Association's fourth term. Regarding full-time leadership positions, Shi Zhenqiang was elected as Executive Vice Chair; Fu Weilong, Zhang Yanbin, and Gao Tianhong were elected as full-time Vice Chairs; Mai Xiaoqing was elected as Secretary-General, and it was decided that Bu Min would serve as Deputy Secretary-General. For part-time leadership positions, Liu Xiaoyan was elected as Chair; Ma Xianghui, Wang Shuguang, Zuo Ding, Liu Tong, Li Yimei, Li Junjie, Zhang Zhizhou, Chen Ge, Jing Lei, Zhao Jun, Zhao Guicai, Huang Jie, Kang Le, Lu Weiming, Lei Jun, Tan Xiaogang, and Dai Minmin were elected as part-time Vice Chairs; Liu Wei was elected as Chair of the Board of Supervisors, and Chen Yingyu was elected as Vice Chair of the Board of Supervisors.
