Computime Group Limited (CTGL) has announced three coordinated rebranding measures designed to align its market image with a refreshed corporate identity.
The company will introduce a new corporate logo on 8 May 2026. The updated mark will appear on all statutory filings and investor communications, including interim and annual reports, announcements, circulars, notices, share certificates, and press releases. Existing share certificates bearing the former logo remain fully valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery; no free exchange is planned.
Effective 9:00 a.m. on 13 May 2026, the English stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from “COMPUTIME” to “CTGL.” The Chinese stock short name (金寶通) and the stock code (320) are unaffected.
Concurrently, the corporate website will migrate from “https://www.computime.com” to “https://www.ctgl.com” as of 8 May 2026. All regulatory submissions to the Stock Exchange will be available on the new domain.
According to the board of directors, the rebranding will not alter shareholder rights, daily operations, or the group’s financial position. The announcement was authorised by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Auyang Pak Hong Bernard on 8 May 2026.
