Bulletin Express05-28

CTF Services Limited, a Bermuda-incorporated company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (stock code: 00659), has released its latest corporate communication—a circular dated 28 May 2026—detailing the proposed renewal of continuing connected transactions and the accompanying notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM).

The English and Chinese versions of the circular (the “Current Corporate Communication”) are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.ctfs.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard copies enclosed with the notification package dispatched on 28 May 2026.

Shareholders preferring printed materials—or experiencing difficulties accessing the electronic version—may complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns; alternatively, requests can be emailed to is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon receipt of the request.

To streamline future communications and encourage paperless distribution, CTF Services urges shareholders to supply a valid email address via the Reply Form. Without a functioning email on record, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices of publication and actionable corporate communications until an email address is provided.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited at (+852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The board-authorised notification was signed by Company Secretary Mr Tang Wai Yau on 28 May 2026.
