Conch Enviro has published its fourth standalone ESG report, detailing operational, environmental and governance performance for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Business Scale and Operations • The group expanded to 85 environmental-protection projects across 21 provinces, lifting annual disposal capacity to 12.12 million tonnes and vehicle-dismantling capacity to 15,000 units. • Industrial solid-waste throughput reached 1.73 million tonnes; industrial hazardous-waste and oil-sludge volumes stood at 0.98 million and 0.09 million tonnes respectively, while fly-ash washing handled 0.09 million tonnes. • Revenue for 2025 totalled RMB 16.40 billion.
Energy, Climate and Emissions • Scope 1 emissions: 32,831.75 tCO₂e; Scope 2: 71,631.00 tCO₂e; combined intensity: 0.06 tCO₂e per thousand RMB of revenue. • Direct and indirect energy use amounted to 245,428.43 MWh, equating to 0.15 MWh per thousand RMB of revenue. • Seven onsite photovoltaic plants (3.69 MW) generated 3.49 million kWh, avoiding about 1,850 tCO₂e. • Alternative-fuel supply hit 604,293 tonnes, saving an estimated 345,000 tonnes of standard coal. • No environmental penalties or supervisory listings were recorded.
Resource and Waste Management • Water withdrawal reached 655,079.56 tonnes; process water was fully recycled with no external discharge. • Hazardous-waste generation totalled 65,229.92 tonnes (0.04 tonnes per million RMB of revenue); 83.74 % of the 54,820.79 tonnes of general solid waste was recycled. • Air-emission totals included 193.77 tonnes of hydrogen chloride, 33.64 tonnes of NOx and 2.55 tonnes of PM.
Safety and Workforce • All 36 subsidiaries hold ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification. • Zero major accidents were reported; the lost-time injury rate remained below 1 ‰ with no occupational-disease cases. • Headcount stood at 2,854 employees (16.2 % female). Average training time reached 7.6 hours per employee; training coverage was 100 %.
Innovation and Recognition • R&D spending totalled RMB 88 million, 5.39 % of revenue. Thirty patents were granted in 2025, and the firm’s fly-ash disposal technology secured a national second-prize science award. • Subsidiaries received multiple local accolades, including “Waste-Free Factory” and “Harmonious Labour Relations Enterprise”.
Governance Highlights • The nine-member board comprises equal numbers of executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors, with women representing one-third. • Board-level Strategy, Sustainability & Risk Management Committee oversees ESG performance; key ESG metrics are embedded in senior management KPIs. • All employees and suppliers signed integrity and safety agreements; anti-corruption training coverage reached 100 %.
Community Engagement • Conch Enviro dedicated 300 hours to volunteer and charitable programmes, focusing on hazardous-waste emergency drills, rural assistance and environmental-education open days.
Looking Ahead The company targets a year-on-year increase of over 10 % in alternative-fuel volumes and at least 300,000 kWh in additional photovoltaic generation by 2026, underpinning its commitment to China’s dual-carbon goals and long-term sustainable growth.
