On April 21, 2026, Sensetime-W (00020) announced that it has granted a total of 238 million restricted share units to eligible participants under the company's restricted share unit plan. The plan was originally adopted by the board of directors on June 20, 2022, and later amended by a shareholder resolution dated June 26, 2024. All 238 million restricted share units were awarded to employee participants, who are staff members of the group's subsidiary companies.
