Yida China Issues April Reminder on Shift to Electronic Corporate Communications

Yida China Holdings Limited released a reminder dated 20 April 2026 highlighting the full transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.

Key points:

1. Scope of Documents • The electronic format covers directors’ reports, annual and interim results (including any summary reports), notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

2. Access Channels • Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company website (www.yidachina.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk); no printed copies will be mailed by default.

3. Action Required from Non-Registered Shareholders • The company has not received functional e-mail addresses from intermediaries holding shares on behalf of non-registered investors. • Non-registered shareholders must contact their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to provide an e-mail address for future notifications.

4. Option to Receive Hard Copies • Shareholders preferring printed communications may complete and return the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or submit a request via e-mail (yidachina.ecom@computershare.com.hk). • The hard-copy request remains valid for one year from the date the instruction is received.

5. Enquiry Details • For questions, the Hong Kong share registrar can be reached at +852 2862 8688 on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).
