Zhenro Properties (06158) announced that one of its co-company secretaries, Ms. Kuang Yanping, will resign from her position as co-company secretary. Concurrently, she will cease to serve as one of the company's authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's (HKEX) Securities Listing Rules, and as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). All changes will take effect from January 1, 2026.

The Board of Directors separately announced that Mr. Jin Mingjie, one of the company's executive directors, has been appointed as one of the authorized representatives as defined under the Listing Rules, effective January 1, 2026. Furthermore, Mr. Chen Jingde has been appointed as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), also effective from January 1, 2026.
