HKT Trust and HKT Limited (collectively “HKT-SS”) have issued a Reply Form enabling holders of Share Stapled Units to specify how they wish to receive future corporate communications from HKT-SS and HKT Management Limited (the Trustee-Manager).
Key points
1. Three delivery options • Option 1: Scan a personalised QR code to register an email address and receive all future corporate communications electronically. No Reply Form return is required for this choice. • Option 2: Provide an email address in writing on the Reply Form and return it to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited to receive electronic communications. • Option 3: Request printed English, Chinese, or bilingual copies. This instruction remains valid for one year from the date HKT-SS receives the form.
2. One-off requests for specific documents • Holders who have already viewed the current corporate communications online or received printed copies may request printed versions of the 2025 Annual Report and the circular with the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting in English, Chinese, or both.
3. Administrative details • If no valid email address is supplied, HKT-SS will dispatch a notification letter of publication and send actionable corporate communications in printed form. • When multiple email addresses are submitted, HKT-SS will register only the most recently provided address. • Additional instructions outside the specified options will not be processed.
4. Personal data handling • The form requests limited personal data, which will be used solely for disseminating corporate communications and related shareholder matters. Data may be transferred to HKT-SS subsidiaries, the Share Stapled Units Registrar, or other parties where required by law and will be retained only as necessary.
Holders should return the completed Reply Form—if required—using the pre-addressed, postage-paid envelope to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
