DINGDANG HEALTH Repurchases 164,500 Shares, Reducing Free Float by 0.013% on 25 September 2026

DINGDANG HEALTH TECHNOLOGY GROUP LTD. conducted an on-market share buyback on 25 September 2026, acquiring 164,500 ordinary shares at prices ranging between HKD 0.78 and HKD 0.80 per share. The volume-weighted average purchase price was approximately HKD 0.79, bringing the total cash outlay to HKD 0.13 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 1.23511 billion to 1.23495 billion shares, representing a 0.013% reduction. Concurrently, treasury share holdings increased from 5.20 million to 5.36 million shares, while the overall issued share count remained unchanged at 1.24 billion.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 23 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 124.32 million shares. To date, DINGDANG HEALTH has repurchased 8.22 million shares under this mandate, equal to 0.66% of the company’s issued share base at the time the authority was granted.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), a 30-day moratorium on new share issues and the sale or transfer of treasury shares is now in effect until 25 October 2026. The company affirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
