Kelun-Bota Biotech (06990) announced that on January 19, 2026, the company entered into the CZBANK Structured Deposit Agreement I, under which it agreed to subscribe for a CZBANK structured deposit I with a principal amount of RMB 290 million. On April 15, 2026, the company entered into the CZBANK Structured Deposit Agreement II, subscribing for a CZBANK structured deposit II with a principal amount of RMB 100 million. On the same day, the company also entered into a Bank of China structured deposit agreement, agreeing to subscribe for a Bank of China structured deposit with a principal amount of RMB 300 million.
