Bulletin Express09-18 20:03

Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Limited (In Liquidation) has advanced its trading resumption plan by submitting a formal Resumption Proposal to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 17 September 2026. The meeting is targeted for late October or early November 2026, while the court sanction hearing is tentatively scheduled for 20 November 2026.

Trading in Skyfame Realty’s shares has been suspended since 1 April 2025, and its listed debt securities (codes 5311, 5379, 5567, 5602 and 5855) have been halted since 28 June 2022. Both the equity and the debts will remain suspended until further notice.
