Continental Aerospace Technologies: J.P. Morgan Securities Issues Derivatives on 5.15 Million Shares Amid Delisting Process

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited disclosed that, on 21 August 2026, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC—classified as a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror—entered into a series of derivative transactions involving a total of 5.15 million reference shares in the company.

The six transactions, all described as “issue of a derivative,” were executed at a uniform reference price of HK$0.4656 per share, resulting in an aggregate cash consideration of approximately HK$2.40 million. Five of the derivatives (totalling 5.12 million shares) carry a maturity date of 20 July 2027, while one smaller tranche of 36,000 shares matures on 30 April 2029.

Following these dealings, J.P. Morgan Securities’ resultant position increased to 403.80 million shares in Continental Aerospace Technologies. The firm confirmed the trades were conducted for its own account.

The disclosure forms part of the ongoing process related to the proposed delisting of Continental Aerospace Technologies from the Hong Kong market, as required under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
