First Company at Ceke Port Receives Top-Level AEO Certification

Deep News04-13

On April 9, Xianghui Energy (Ejina Banner) Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the AEO Advanced Certification from customs, becoming the first enterprise at Ceke Port to achieve this status. This marks a milestone in the port's customs credit management system. The accomplishment signifies a new level of credit system development and cross-border trade facilitation at Ceke Port, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of economic and trade cooperation between China and Mongolia.

AEO certification represents the highest level of credit management in global trade. Companies with this certification enjoy priority customs clearance, lower inspection rates, and expedited release procedures domestically. Through international mutual recognition mechanisms, they also gain advantages in customs facilitation and reciprocal benefits under the Belt and Road Initiative and China-Mongolia bilateral trade, effectively enhancing their cross-border trade competitiveness. This certification brings tangible benefits such as significantly reduced inspection rates, improved clearance efficiency, and lower operational costs, while setting a benchmark for integrity management among all businesses at the port.

Moving forward, to continuously optimize the port's business environment and help enterprises improve quality and efficiency, the Management Committee of Ceke Port Economic Development Zone will strengthen coordination with Ejina Customs. They will establish a collaborative cultivation mechanism involving government guidance, customs leadership, and enterprise participation. Special task forces will provide targeted on-site guidance, helping companies align with AEO standards, improve management systems, address compliance gaps, and successfully pass certification reviews. This effort will build a solid credit foundation and add strong impetus for high-level opening-up and high-quality development at the port.
