PegBio Announces Company Secretary Reshuffle and Secures HKEX Waiver

PegBio Co., Ltd. has disclosed a senior management change effective 1 April 2026. Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent Mr. Chow Shing Lung will step down, citing no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Ms. Kwok Yan Ting Jennis, currently Senior Manager of Entity Solutions at Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services, will assume Mr. Chow’s roles on the same date. Ms. Kwok brings more than 12 years of corporate-governance and regulatory-compliance experience and is a fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK).

Mr. Huang Yifeng will continue as the other Joint Company Secretary. To maintain compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17, the company obtained a new waiver allowing Mr. Huang to serve until 26 May 2028, provided he is assisted by Ms. Kwok and no material breaches occur.

The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Chow for his service and welcomed Ms. Kwok to her expanded duties. All changes were authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Michael Min Xu.
