SingAsia Holdings Ltd (08293) has announced the completion of two share purchase transactions.
The company acquired a total of 11.56 million shares in CN Culture Group (00745) through a placement arrangement on March 25, 2025, for a total consideration of approximately HK$1.156 million.
Additionally, on October 10, 2025, the company purchased a total of 30.6 million shares in Jiajin through another placement, with the total cost amounting to around HK$2.754 million.
