MMG Announces Online Release of 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular; Sets Out Shareholder Communication Options

Bulletin Express04-27

MMG Limited disclosed on 28 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, the circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the accompanying Form of Proxy (collectively termed the “Current Corporate Communication”) are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.mmg.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders experiencing difficulty in viewing or downloading the electronic files can request printed copies at no cost by contacting the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) or email (mmg.ecom@computershare.com.hk).

MMG is encouraging investors to adopt electronic dissemination for future releases. Shareholders can supply an email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the registrar. Those choosing the website option will receive email alerts when new corporate materials are posted and will obtain all “Actionable Corporate Communications” electronically—unless no functional email address is provided, in which case printed actionable documents and postal notifications will continue.

Alternatively, holders may elect to receive all future corporate communications in hard copy by marking the relevant option on the reply form or by emailing the registrar with their preference. The selected instruction will remain effective until revised by the shareholder.

For further enquiries, shareholders can contact Computershare’s hotline on +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
