ENN Energy: BlackRock Takes Derivative Position on 6,500 Shares During Privatisation Process

On 29 April 2026, ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. disclosed that BlackRock, Inc. executed new dealings in its shares while the company is progressing with a proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

According to the filing submitted under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, BlackRock entered into a derivative contract on 28 April 2026 involving 6,500 ENN Energy shares. The reference price for the contract was USD 61.97 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of USD 0.40 million. The contract’s maturity and closing-out date is also 28 April 2026, leaving BlackRock with a resultant balance of 6,500 shares linked to the derivative.

The disclosure identifies BlackRock as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company because of its existing ordinary-share holdings in ENN Energy. No other dealings or positions were reported in the announcement.
