According to a Wednesday media report citing three informed sources, Jeff Bezos's space company Blue Origin has established a new stock plan for employees. The initiative aims to address staff dissatisfaction and make compensation more competitive against rival SpaceX.
The report stated that following widespread discontent with the previous plan, the rocket manufacturer presented a revised incentive package to employees last week. Reportedly, options from the earlier plan had begun expiring this year without providing any financial benefit to the employees.
