Far East Horizon Limited (FE Horizon) announced on 28 April 2026 that its latest Circular, notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have been published in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site.
In line with Hong Kong’s expanded paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, FE Horizon has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. As a result, printed versions will no longer be mailed by default; shareholders are encouraged to access the “Website Version” of documents via www.fehorizon.com or www.hkexnews.hk and can subscribe to HKEX’s News Alert service for real-time notifications.
Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive actionable corporate communications by email must supply a functional email address to their intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—by 26 May 2026. Failing such instruction, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to: 1) receiving all future corporate communications electronically via the websites; and 2) receiving subsequent notification letters and actionable documents in printed form by post.
Shareholders experiencing difficulties with online access, or those preferring hard copies, may request printed versions free of charge by emailing fareasthorizon.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
FE Horizon emphasised that the shift to electronic communication supports environmental objectives and enhances information delivery efficiency. For queries, investors can contact the share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
