Bitcoin has fallen below the $60,000 mark for the first time since October 2024.
The world's largest cryptocurrency dropped as much as 6% on Friday, reaching a low of $59,770. Having lost more than half its value since hitting a high above $126,000 last October, the current price is now even lower than it was when Donald Trump returned to the White House.
