Hang Lung Group Adds Chair Adriel Chan to Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Hang Lung Group Limited announced that Chair and Executive Director Adriel Chan has joined the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) with immediate effect.

The board stated that Chan’s background and expertise are expected to enhance the NRC’s effectiveness. He already serves on the NRC of Hang Lung Properties Limited, the group’s listed subsidiary.

The appointment took effect on 31 July 2026. Detailed biographical information on Chan is available in the company’s annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025, published on 26 March 2026.

Following the change, Hang Lung Group’s board comprises three executive directors, three non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
