BAMA TEA: Wenli Wang Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 51.16%

Wenli Wang's deemed interest in BAMA TEA increased following the company's repurchase of 20,000 shares on the SEHK open market on September 15, 2026, at an average of HKD 32.1877 per share, involving about HKD 643,754. The repurchased shares were held as treasury shares. As a controlling shareholder jointly holding over one-third of voting rights with other parties, Wenli Wang is deemed to have an interest in the repurchased shares, resulting in a deemed acquisition.

Prior to the acquisition, Wenli Wang's long position in BAMA TEA was 43.42 million shares, representing 51.13%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 43.44 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 51.16%.

This involves related parties: Wang Wenbin, Chen Yajing, Wu Xiaoning, Wang Wenchao, and Wang Xiaoping.
